We'll start working together closely around 10 months to one year in advance of your big day.
TIMELINE AND LAYOUT DEVELOPMENT
We'll be your experts in the industry from start to finish, guiding you every step of the way. We'll begin with finding and hiring quality vendors and finish with crossing our t's and dotting our i's across your timeline, layouts, music and menus.
We'll take the lead on developing your wedding day timeline, including everything from your rehearsal to when the lights need to be off at your venue. We'll also develop detailed layouts of all of the spaces we're utilizing for your big day.
WRAP-UP AND VENDOR HAND-OFF
We'll carve out time for a finalization meeting to button-up any last-minute details around one-month in advance of your big day so you can sit back, relax and fully take in everything leading up to, on and after your wedding day.
ONGOING meetingS focused on design & Planning
REHEARSAL AND DECOR MANAGEMENT
One or two days in advance of your wedding day, we'll rehearse your wedding processional, ceremony and recessional (aka how you and your loved ones plan to enter and exit ceremony). You'll also pass along any personal decor at this time.
Full-service day-of Coordination
We'll be there from start to finish, managing up to 14 consecutive hours of your big day (with the option to add-on additional hours and hands, if needed).. You'll find us setting-up and taking down all of your tabletop decor, collaborating with all your vendors and managing your timeline and events throughout the day so you and your spouse can be present.
