WRAP-UP AND VENDOR HAND-OFF

We'll be your expert in the industry! We're here to bounce ideas off of, ask questions and share perspective and advice. Whether you need help identifying a quality vendor,  creating  your reception layout or drafting a cohesive timeline, we've got you covered.

We'll reconnect to have a finalization meeting to button-up any last-minute details around one-month in advance of your big day. From here, we'll take over vendor communications, ensuring everyone's on the same page for your big day.

REHEARSAL AND DECOR MANAGEMENT

One or two days in advance of your wedding day, your lead coordinator will rehearse your wedding processional, ceremony and recessional (aka how you and your loved ones plan to enter and exit ceremony). You'll also pass along your tabletop decor to them at this time.

ONE PLANNING CONSULTATION 

FULL-SERVICE DAY-OF COORDINATION

We'll be there from start to finish, managing up to 10 hours of your big day (with the option to add-on additional hours and hands, if needed).  You'll find us setting-up and taking down your decor, collaborating with all your vendors and managing your timeline and events throughout the day so you and your spouse can be present.
